Shipping can vary widely, but here are some common elements you might find helpful.

We use Australia Post API, providing the customer with a choice when Aus Post calculates costs at checkout.

Shipping Methods: Australia Post is currently our main contender. Aus Post provides different choices for different prices (e.g., standard, express etc.).

Deliver: In some instances, We may consider Delivery to local areas. The delivery fee we charge depends on distance and can be discussed further directly with us.

Pick up: Some Orders can be picked up/collected at our destination. This can be discussed with us directly.

Tracking numbers will be provided to customers with items shipped as same.

International Shipping: We DO NOT SHIP/SELL overseas

Returns and Exchanges: Due to our competitive pricing, Shipping for any eligible return is at the customers expense.

If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a free refund policy under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:
• Change of Mind: As purchased items will be customised, if you simply change your mind, unfortunately, you cannot return/refund your item.

• If the item purchased has not been customised in any way whatsoever, the item may be eligible for return.
However, must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.

• Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item is faulty, or damaged - please contact us within [7] days of receiving the item to discuss outcome.

2. How to Request a Refund:

• Include your order number, images of the damage and a brief explanation.

3. Return Process
